Classes

Our Stages bikes are compatible with sneakers and SPD MTB cleats.

  • Cycle - 30 or 45 minute indoor cycling classes with an emphasis on power and form

  • Cycle & Core - 35 minutes of cycling and 10 minutes of abs and other core strength

  • Cycle & Lift - 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of off-bike, full body strength circuit

  • Strength Circuit - 45 minutes of off-bike, full body strength circuit using a variety of equipment (Y-Bells, TRX, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Med balls, etc)

  • Friday Funcycle - 45 minutes of flow cycling (sometimes a sing-a-long or story time!)
